Davis’ Famous confections: creator of Pistachio Crack and Cashew Chronic. Based in Brooklyn, NY and founded by Dave Miss in 2007.

Dave came from working the kitchens and bars of New Orleans for 20 years, learning how to hustle and use what you have on hand to make something delicious. He won 2nd best bartender in 2004 in New Orleans and has worked under Michelin starred chefs. He continues to do crawfish boils and consult for new restaurants.
